The message behind Alone

Hi, people!

Today I want to share with you one of the most important aspects of my short story, Alone: its message.

Although this is a short story, there’s a strong message behind it. Of course, that message depends on the perception of the reader, but I think that everyone who reads it, will come to very similar conclusions.

Alone is the story of a man who loses everything he has. It was all taken away from him, out of the sudden, no explanations.

But why?

He’s in the middle of the ocean, somewhere in the world, scared at the realization that all the money in the world is not enough to save him from his current situation. The psycological impact that this plight has on his mind is his worst enemy.

So the story develops around two undeniable facts:

1.- There are things that money cannot buy.

2.-Pessimism and depression are both killers of the spirit.

As well, there are many questions implicit, waiting for us, readers, to answer according to our beliefs and own opinions.

In conclusion, Alone is a story that traps the reader and makes them think and ponder their own beliefs and perceptions of how complicated human nature is.

As I always say, feel free to post your comments with your thoughts and opinions about the story. I’d love to hear them!

And remember: Have fun!

Alone: The end of the story

Hi, everyone!

Firstly, I wish to thank everyone who downloaded Alone from Amazon Kindle during its free promotion. I’m really grateful for that.

Now, let’s go back to the post tittle: Alone: the end of the story.

If you read Alone, perhaps you are wondering what happened to Adam (the main character) at the end of the e-book.

Did he really survive?

Did he died?

Well, I want to know what  you think. You can post  your comments at the end of this post with your choice, and why do you think that happened, or you can just vote for your choice below!

However, let me tell you that I have an answer for those questions… (I wrote the story, dahh).

So this is what we are gonna do: you will post your comments or vote for your choice and then I will tell you what happened to Adam!

Hope to hear from you soon!

Only for Few Days

Hello, everyone!

My new short story, ALONE, will be free for only 5 days on Amazon Kindle. Hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. Don’t forget to post your comments!

By the way, remember that you will have the chance to choose the name of my new novel. I’m still working on it (chapter 7 is kind of long), but I’ll keep you posted about my progress.

Have fun!

Alone

ALONE, a short story that tells how our lives can change in a matter of seconds, regardless of where we are from or who we are in this world. Sometimes our reality, the things we give for granted, are just illusions that can disappear in the most radical way.
